Shyheim Arrested In Connection With Fatal Hit-And-Run


Wu-Tang Clan affiliate Shyheim reportedly turned himself in yesterday in connection with a fatal hit-and-run that left a 29 yeard old man dead..


Wu-Tang Clan affiliate Shyheim turned himself in to authorities on Wednesday (January 8) in connection with a fatal hit-and-run automobile accident which killed a 29-year-old man named Felipe Avila on New Year's Day, according to SI Live. Shyheim is expected to face a class D felony of leaving the scene of a fatal accident, according to SI Live's sources.
Shyheim was reportedly driving a friend's 2003 Volvo S80 when he allegedly ran a stop sign and hit Avila's vehicle before also colliding with a parked Dodge Ram. Shyheim is being accused of getting out of the Volvo and running away from the scene. According to SI Live's sources, Shyheim left blood in the Volvo and the driver's side airbag. 
Shyheim was out on bail at the time of the crash. He was arrested in April on gun and drug possession charges. Shyheim has served a two-year prison sentence for second-degree attempted robbery. In 1998, he was given probation after he was found in possession of a gun that had been stolen from the Los Angeles Police Department, as per SI Live
