John Singleton is set to write, direct and produce the long-awaited biopic on the late Tupac Amaru Shakur. According to Ballerstatus, the director was previously linked to the project but the deal was never finalized. Singleton is now officially on board, he will soon be rewriting the script and hopes to start production in June. However, the casting for the movie didnt start yet. John Singleton and 2Pac both worked in 1993 on the film Poetic Justice.
